Strawberry House and Organizing

I am doing a Happy Dance! I have finally finished something for myself.

I had so much fun stitching this that it has been just about all I worked on.
I want to thank Berit for giving me the Crescent Colors. I simply love the Lady Bug color.

I went to Michaels and bought an unpainted 5x7 wood frame and some hunter green paint. It came with a glass but I didn't use it cause I think it took away from the design. The picture doesn't show the true green color.

I also found a great way to organize my projects that i have ready kitted up to stitch. I was at Walgreens and found these plastic folders that fit in a three ring binder. They expand and have a snap closure. They are less than $2.00 each and I snatched up about half a dozen to see how they worked out.
I am going back to stock up in case they quit selling them which seems to happen a lot.

These are just 4 of my To Do projects. I just wish it didn't take me so long to get to them. lol.
I am stitching on Three Crows by The Goode Husewife. I am using NPS silk floss and I am loving it. I am not sure how I am going to finish it but hoping I can find a frame. Too late to take a picture today but I am half way there.

I am home alone until tomorrow so I am trying to figure out what I want for dinner. Would like to have some hot wings but don't feel like driving 20 miles to get them. Guess I will search and see what I can find at home and watch some TV and get in a few more stitches.

I just seen this on Sadie's blog finished as a pin keep. I love that you have it framed! I am like you , I like that lady bug color as well. I used it while stitching LHN's Traveling Stitcher and matching needlebook. Thanks for the heads up on those folders. I have a Walgreen's about three blocks away, so no enxcuse not to go looking for them! Have a great weekend!!

Bonnie,
I love the plastic folders you got
at Walgreen's! Also, if you have
a Target near you, look in their
$1.00 bins near the store entrance.
They have some colorful plastic
envelope-style folders with expandible bottoms. They are great for all those freebies or special
charts, as well as kitted up projects. I have several and they
work great.
