Blogtoberfest Day 9

Today has been a fuzzy foggy headachey day for me. I can't be within a mile of MSG and am very cautious to make sure what I eat doesn't have it secretly added. Needless to say I have what I now for certain is a MSG headache. It usually takes me a couple days to get rid of it.

The only thing I had yesterday was hot wings from Carolina Wings. They were a new flavor and I am thinking that is where it came from. I can usually tell because when I think of them my head hurts worse. Is that crazy?

My Buffy has been having skin problems, itching and chewing her hair out.

So we made a trip to the vet today. Seems she has allergies, to what I have no idea. They said they could do skin tests but there was no cure just stuff to relieve it. She got a cortizone shot and some meds. She also has an antibiotic so that is 2 tablets a day of each one until gone. She is acting kind of droopy now but she should be getting a little relief from scratching.

Good grief, I have been looking everywhere for the amoxicillin. DS is also taking antibiotic for his earache. He has gone to work and his prescription is still here. I bet he grabbed Buffy's by mistake. lol.

I stitched on the Needle Book for Tiny Treasures Too today. Stitching is almost completed and the I will finish it into the book. I am anxious to see how it turns out. It was so simple and fun to stitch I might make more of this one.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to start on Little House Needleworks "Pumpkins For Sale". I got the Pattern and floss for my birthday back in August and have been waiting for a chance to start it.

It looks pretty neat finished as a block but I think I will frame mine. The pattern suggests stitching on black or a chocolate brown for a different look. hmmm.

Well, I really really have to go tackle the mess in the kitchen. Oh Joy.

I feel for poor Buffy. We once had a cat (Miss Kitty) who was allergic to fleas. Poor baby suffered for several days each time she was due for a shot.
Pumpkins for Sale looks like a fun stitch. I'll be looking forward to progress pics!
